Chris Scott Portraiture is an independent small business operating under sole trader status. My website address is: http://chrisscottportraiture.co.uk. This privacy policy is to explain how I collect, store and dispose of your data.
Cookies
I do not personally collect or use any cookie data from you when you access my site.
Contact form
The only place on my site where your information may be collected is the contact form on the contact page. If you complete this form I will receive the data you enter: your name, email address and anything you write in the message section.
Further correspondence
In order to take a commission for a portrait I will need further information and images from you. This information will be collected by email, text or Whatsapp message or by phone.
Who I share your data with
Any information you give me is strictly private, I will not share your data with any person or any company at all.
How long I retain your data
Information received either through the website or in further correspondence will be stored for the duration of the time it takes to complete your portrait, and for one further year after this date. If you have agreed for your email to be added to my mailing list your name and email will be kept until you unsubscribe.
What rights you have over your data
If you have communicated with me via the website or in correspondence, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
